St Norris is the Patron Saint of Patronising and Lucky Dips

There are several traditions that purists will follow on this sacred day.

Traditions:

- Silly Dances in the Wood

- Bonfires

- Oversized medallion around your neck

The day kicked of with Andy toasting St Norris with a wine glass of John Smiths

To get the traditions started Gary proceeded to get the bonfire going

Once this was going (note the smoke) Gary broke in to a silly dance to celebrate

Bert, Phil and Andy stand and look on in amazement at the now roaring bonfire

Andy pulls out the chopper and stands by an now large bonfire

Gary decides to get a better view of the day by climbing a tree

Andy goes back to nature and sports a rather large leaf

Synchronized silly dancing takes place by the warming fire

You can’t have a day’s festivity with out a BBQ so Gary picks up his mannish tools and gets to work

Bert and Andy discover a secondary use for Bert’s award winning medallion

A possible medallion is sacrificed in flames to St Norris

Bert could get arrested if it wasn’t for the beard

Gary finds a way to get closer to the fire

Smoke! All we need now is some kippers

Hannah warms herself by the traditional flames of St Norris

Craig creates some sparks

Gary sports a rather natty hair piece

Bert wins the competition for best medallion

Lauren has a “pretty” medallion

Bert gloats with extra bones

Kat attempts to chop some wood

Out comes the lucky dip and Andy

Andy pulls out his prize

Craig pulls out his prize

He looks thrilled with that one (looks like Little Miss PMT)

Liz is up next

What a super prize

Phil digs in

It’s a book on cheese

Lauren dives in

She wins a trophy

Bert’s up next

He pulls out a statue

In goes Kat

She wins some sparkly tights

Gary jumps straight in

And gets a photo frame

Hannah’s next but she requires a little help

The lucky dip is over so on the fire it goes

Look at them there flames

Burn baby Burn

Black smoke you say

Gary takes another trip up a tree

Then jumps out and sits down in one move

Orange nail polish for Craig

Then for Bert

Who then pops off to kill someone

The glass bottle comes out of the fire

And then is cooled

Bert’s medallion makes a dandy lamp
